Metal separators utilize electronic sensing principles to detect both magnetic and non-magnetic metals with high precision. This equipment can identify and separate various metal types including iron (magnetic) and non-iron metals such as copper, aluminum, tin, and stainless steel.
During recycling processes, metal impurities may become mixed with raw materials, potentially causing equipment damage and production issues. The gravity fall metal separator provides an efficient solution by automatically detecting and separating these metal particles.
Raw material flows from the hopper or feeder into the metal separator through gravity fall. When no metal impurities are detected, materials pass directly through to the outlet. If metal is detected, the controller immediately activates the separation plate to divert the metal and surrounding material to the side discharge port.
The manifold quickly returns to its normal position after separation, with adjustable speed and detection precision. The system can detect and separate metal particles as small as Φ0.2mm.

Zhongli warrants all products manufactured by Zhongli to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months. If repair or replacement is not possible or practical, Zhongli warranty covers ONLY the product itself. Zhongli assumes no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Warranty rights are honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Zhongli.
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order. Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs (.JPG) of damaged items. Customers must retain damaged merchandise, package, and shipping containers until the claim is settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Zhongli accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be acknowledged by Zhongli prior to return. All packages sent to Zhongli must have the initial sales invoice number clearly printed on the outside. All returns must be in original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
