Machine Overview
The core working components consist of two hollow or drilled rollers rotating in opposite directions. The front roller (operator side) features horizontal adjustment capability via manual or electric operation to precisely control roller spacing. The rear roller remains fixed in position. Both rollers are identical in size but operate at different rotational speeds to create optimal shearing action for plasticizing and mixing applications.
