Application:
It is widely used in rubbers and plastics industry for polymer mixing, such as PVC, color master batch. It consists of roll, bearing, gap adjusting device, electric control system, safety device, etc.
Introduction:
In the rubber mixing process, the rubber two roll mill mainly relies on two relatively rotating rollers to extrude and shear the rubber. The molecular chain is interrupted, so that the various ingredients in the formula are evenly blended, so as to achieve the purpose of rubber mixing.
Applicable products: plasticizing and mixing, coloring, tableting, and supplying glue of various rubber raw materials, silica gel, and plastic products.
