Working principle:

Applicable standards:
The metal wire twisting tester is applicable to the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T 239.1-2012 "One-way torsion test method for the first part of metal material wire", also applicable to the international standard ISO 7800:2003 "One-way torsion test method for metal wire rod" and ISO 9649:1990 "Two-way twisting test method for metal wires".
Main purpose:
The metal wire twisting tester is suitable for measuring the ability of a metal wire with a diameter (or feature size) of 0.1-10.0 mm to withstand plastic deformation in a one-way or two-way twisting and to display defects on the surface and interior of a wire material (actually with a 0.06-3 mm test fixture. ).
Specimen:
The test piece shall be as straight as possible and straightened if necessary, but it shall not injure the surface or distort the test piece. In order to make the test specimen straight during the test, some kind of tension should be applied. The tension should not be greater than 2% of the corresponding force value of the nominal tensile strength of the test wire. The axial force is increased by the weight. force.
