Product Overview:
ZL-9033 is suitable for the test of the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of the printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of the related products. Effectively analyze the problems such as the scratch resistance of the printed matter, the fastness of the ink layer and the coating hardness of other products.

The system provides four test functions: dry friction, wet friction, migration, and wet trail, as well as four different test speeds, and users can freely choose according to different test needs.

Test principle:
The clean offset paper is subjected to a friction test on the surface of the printed matter under a certain pressure. After a certain number of times, the sample is removed to test the surface density. The ratio of the sample to the friction before is the wear resistance of the ink layer.
