Working Principle
The instrument operates based on functional design principles. Tearing occurs at a position where potential energy stored in the pendulum is released, converting potential energy into kinetic energy to perform work on the sample. The force required to tear the sample (reflected by the rotation angle of the fan-shaped pendulum) is converted to an electrical signal through a high-precision photoelectric rotary encoder, processed by the control circuit, and displayed or printed as output.
