Product Overview:

The digital torque speed and power display instrument is the secondary instrument of the dynamometer. It is directly connected with the dynamometer to display the torque, speed and output power of the tested motor on the dynamometer. It can also be connected with the controller of the dynamometer to draw the characteristic curve of the tested motor.

Machine Structure Principle:

The brake is driven by the motor under test to rotate. After the excitation current is applied to the brake, the inner and outer stators apply braking torque to the motor under test through the rotor. At the same time, the micro deflection of the brake causes the torque sensor to generate micro strain, and the torque signal is converted by the torque sensor. At the same time, the rotational speed signal is converted into an electrical signal by the rotational speed sensor. The torque display and the rotational speed display in the digital torque and rotational speed display instrument respectively display the measured values, and the output power is converted by the microcomputer and displayed on the display. The torque sensor is a cantilever beam with variable cross-section. Four foil strain gauges are attached to form a bridge. There is a foil strain gauge and two thermistors to compensate for temperature and gauge coefficient errors. There is a zero-adjust potentiometer. Adjust so that the output is zero when the bridge is not loaded. All the components are on the circuit board of the torque sensor. The torque sensor is mounted on the bearing sleeve of the outer stator and fixed with elastic clamp ring fixing screws.
