GB/T17630 ISO 13433 Geotextile Cone Drop Punch Dynamic Perforation Tester
Scope of application:
This instrument is used to determine the ability of geotextiles and related products to resist the penetration of steel cones falling from a fixed height. It characterizes the degree of damage to the geotextiles caused by sharp stones falling on the surface of the geotextiles. Its performance conforms to the national standard GB/T17630 Requirements of "Dynamic Perforation Test of Geotextiles and Related Products - Falling Cone Method".
Principle:
The geotextile sample is clamped horizontally in the clamping ring, and the steel cone of the specified quality is dropped on the sample from a height of 500mm to form a hole in the sample, and then a small-angle measuring cone marked with a scale is inserted into the hole. The degree of penetration is measured.
Technical Parameter:
1. Inner diameter of clamping ring | 150±0.5(mm) |
2. The distance from the tip of the steel cone to the sample | 500±2(mm) |
3. Stainless steel cone | Taper angle 45 |
4. Total mass | 1000±5(g) |
5. Cone quality | 600±5(g) |
6. Dimensions | 435×575×1600(mm) Weight 55KG |
