Small Scale Laboratory Concrete Frequency Conversion Vibration Test Bench
This specialized vibration test bench is designed for mortar test block preparation in laboratory settings, providing precise frequency conversion vibration for concrete specimen formation and compaction.
Product Overview
The vibrating table for concrete testing is primarily used for forming concrete specimens in laboratory environments, on-site construction locations, and for vibrating prefabricated components. It effectively compacts various concrete elements including slab columns, beams, and other structural components.
Applications
Ideal for laboratory specimen formation, on-site construction sample preparation, and vibration compaction of prefabricated concrete components including various slab columns, beams, and structural elements.
Structure and Working Principle
The concrete vibrating table consists of a base frame, vibrator spring, and other essential components. The table top and base frame are constructed from welded steel plates and section steel. The vibration mechanism includes a motor and a pair of identical eccentrics connected through hanger couplings, installed at the center of the table's reverse side to ensure stable, vertical vibration during operation.
