The ASTM D5423 rubber heated air cycle aging tester is designed for testing material properties under controlled environmental conditions. Equipped with specialized ventilation regulation systems to maintain fresh air circulation during heating processes.
Equipment Overview
This precision testing machine features a digital air displacement regulator with comprehensive monitoring instruments including voltmeter, ammeter, watt-hour meter, and timer for accurate air replacement rate measurement. The horizontal circulating air supply system with adjustable airflow regulators on both sides ensures exceptional temperature uniformity and stability throughout the testing chamber.
Primary Applications
This oven studies changes in rubber and other test specimens under controlled heat conditions in rotary mode for predetermined periods. Testing at 70°C for 1 day theoretically simulates approximately 6 months of atmospheric exposure.
