Equipment Summary:
ASTM D5423 rubber heated air cycle aging tester for testing material properties. Equipped with a special ventilation regulator for maintaining fresh air inside while heating. This machine is suitable for wire type, leather type, plastic type, rubber type, cloth type, before and after heat change characteristics. It is designed to maintain the fresh air inside the box when the wire is heated, so the air exchange volume is adjusted. This tester is equipped with precision-designed air replacement adjustment device and digital voltmeter, ammeter, watt-hour meter, timer, which can be used as the measurement of air replacement rate. The horizontal forced air circulation system and the airflow adjustment plates on both sides of the interior ensure the temperature inside the tester is uniform and stable.
Main Function:
This oven is used to study the changes of rubber and other test pieces under the heat in a rotary manner for a fixed period of time. In 70 ℃ weather test 1 day, theoretically equivalent to exposure to the atmosphere for 6 months.
