This high-precision thermal conductivity tester employs the internationally recognized heat flow meter method to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. The system utilizes computer automation for testing and report generation. The instrument maintains a stable hot surface temperature on one side of the sample, transferring heat to the cold surface while measuring heat flow to calculate thermal conductivity and resistance.
Featuring imported sensors and advanced computer technology, this instrument delivers exceptional measurement accuracy, reliability, and repeatability. It is particularly suitable for measuring low thermal conductivity materials (accurate to 0.1mW) and is widely used for testing plastics, rubber, insulation materials, and more. Applications include universities, research institutes, quality inspection centers, and industrial facilities.
Compliant with reference standards: GB/T10295-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials by heat flow meter method) and ASTM C518-04 (Test method for measuring steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method).
