Functional Use

This tester is primarily used for compressive and flexural strength testing of construction materials including brick, stone, cement, concrete, ceramics, coal mine pellets, and other materials. The machine utilizes hydraulic loading with electronic force measurement, featuring digital load display, load rate display, maximum load value retention, overload protection, and power-off data retention functions. Mechanical Components
Space Adjustment System

Compression space adjustment is achieved through handwheel rotation for precise control.

Hydraulic System

Oil is drawn from the tank through a filtration net into the oil pump, then delivered to the oil delivery valve via the pump's delivery pipe. When the delivery handwheel is closed, oil pressure pushes the piston while excess oil returns to the tank through the return pipe.

Control System

This machine employs hydraulic loading with electronic force measurement, featuring digital load display, loading rate display, maximum load value retention, overload protection, and power-off data retention capabilities.

Safety Protection Device

When test force exceeds 3% of maximum test force capacity, overload protection activates and the oil pump motor automatically shuts down.
